IRON FENCE

Iron Fence is a staple of our industry. Quality, experience, and know-how describe what sets us apart from other iron fence companies. For 25 years we have been installing and perfecting the art of iron fence work.

Our standard iron fencing heights are 4’, 5’, 6’, and 8’ tall. However, we build every iron fence to the job so any height is possible.

· Standard specs for 4’ and 5’ iron fence is 1-1/2” post, 1” top and bottom rails, and ½” pickets on 4” centers.

· Standard specs for 6’ tall iron fence is 2” post, 1-1/2” top and bottom rails and ½” pickets on 4” centers.

· Standard specs for 8’ tall iron fence is 2” post, 1-1/2 top and bottom rails and ¾” pickets on 4” centers.

All our iron fencing is concreted to a depth of at least 18” typically 24”. We use 14 gauge primed steel and everything is painted in a controlled environment with rust inhibiter enamel paint. Our standard colors are satin black, flat black or dark bronze.

We have 3 different styles that fit into our base fence pricing. Each has merit for different types of applications. Our estimators are experienced in assessing the application and giving their recommendation for what the client needs.

· Smooth top iron fence- This type of iron fence has the pickets terminating into the top and bottom rails and is usually installed with 3” below the bottom rail. This type of fencing has 360* welds and is great if you like clean lines. This is used very frequently around pools or on more contemporary homes.

· Extend top iron fence- This type of iron fence has the pickets welded to the face of the top and bottom rails. It extends past the top rail typically by 2”( this can be adjusted for design) to allow for decorative finials. It does not extend past the bottom rail to allow for easy weed eating.

· Extend top and bottom iron fence- This is built in the same manner that extend top fencing is but the pickets deliberately extend past the bottom rail. This type of iron fence is best for people with digging dogs or slight slope to their yard that don’t want to pay for sloped or graded fence.

All 3 of our base styles are priced the same to make your iron fence selection easy.
